As a Digital Strategist at ThirtyThree, you will lead the strategy across all digital elements, including paid media, organic channels, social media and careers sites. You will focus on marketing performance analysis, ensuring that data from various channels is used to drive client success.

You will leverage 33Mercury®, our proprietary careers site platform, to ensure seamless integration into overall strategies and maximise conversion rate optimisation (CRO). You will also work with a variety of digital tools and software to help improve our service offering and ensure we stay ahead of market trends.

You’ll proficiently use tools such as GA4, Campaign Manager, Search Console, SEO tools like Moz or SEMrush, and optimisation platforms such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg. The role involves working closely with client services, presenting data-backed insights, and attending face-to-face meetings with C-suite executives to present findings and reports.

Key Requirements
  • Develop strategies across paid media, organic channels, social media, and careers sites (33Mercury®), ensuring balanced attention across all platforms.
  • Use tools such as GA4, Campaign Manager, Looker, Moz, and Hotjar to analyse performance, providing clients with actionable insights.
  • Lead CRO initiatives for careers sites, including 33Mercury®, ensuring these digital assets deliver optimal user journeys.
  • Advise on and implement valuable tools and software that enhance the agency’s service offering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including  Media, UX, Social Media, Development and Creative to deliver cohesive digital strategies.
  • Present findings, insights, and strategies regularly to clients, attending face-to-face meetings when necessary.
  • Create and deliver presentable reports using Looker and other reporting tools, ensuring they include actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with client services to address client challenges, providing data-backed strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Actively work alongside the new business team to help win new customers with forward thinking and intelligent ideas.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, advising the teams on new software and channels that would help us deliver for our customers.
  • Understand the capabilities of 33Mercury® and be confident in your ability to define that offering and benefits for clients and new customers alike
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in digital strategy development across paid media, organic channels, social media, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proficient in the Google Marketing Suite (GA4, Campaign Manager, Search Console), with a strong ability to build reports in Looker.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Moz or SEMrush and optimisation tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
  • Experienced in website performance and user journey analysis; experience with careers sites will be an advantage.
  • Confident presenting to C-suite executives and comfortable attending face-to-face meetings to present findings.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work across departments including SEO, UX, social media, and creative teams.
  • Able to balance focus across paid and organic channels, ensuring performance is optimised across all platforms.
  • Familiar with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles, particularly as they apply to careers sites.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering actionable insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
